What a business need? My name is Juan Enrique Millet Zapata and today I will talk about how a business works. If in a business you are the leader or the boss of the business you need to create and stimulate the leadership skills so the people that work for the leader will feel comfortable and they will follow the leader and also the leader needs to try to pursue the people. Also, the business needs to be administrated correctly and that means that it needs  to be organized and control resources and activities to one day be able to reach the objective of the business that could be a company known worldwide and have a good income of money.   First Blog about me My name is Juan Enrique Millet Zapata and I live in Merida Yucatan, today we are in quarantine because of the pandemic so I started to find new hobbies, one of them is playing videogames and my favorite with my friends videogame is warzone, at the beginning of the quarantine it was so boring so that was the thing that a did the most of my time but then I started to do exercise and I also started reading.
