What a business need?

My name is Juan Enrique Millet Zapata and today I will talk about how a business works.

If in a business you are the leader or the boss of the business you need to create and stimulate the leadership skills so the people that work for the leader will feel comfortable and they will follow the leader and also the leader needs to try to pursue the people. Also, the business needs to be administrated correctly and that means that it needs to be organized and control resources and activities to one day be able to reach the objective of the business that could be a company known worldwide and have a good income of money. But also there are two important words in the world of business that have a similar meaning but are so different, one of them is Effective that it means to accomplish a purpose producing the intended or expected result, the other word is efficient that it means performing in the best possible manner with the least waste of time and effort. Also, in this pandemic a lot of businesses are having a lot of problems, but other businesses are taking advantage of this to sell more things online and make the world all online. One of the businesses that are having problems can be Starbucks, they are closing a lot of locals due to the pandemic and they will stay close also after the pandemic ends and that will make them lose a lot of money. A business that is taking advantage of this can be amazon that is the best option if you want to buy something and you don’t want to leave home this could be the best option that you can chose because you can order the things online and you lose the risk of get infected.
