Investor’s profile

An Investor needs to have some demotivating aspects in special like:

·      No logical finance.

·      Lack of clarity.

·      Minimize the importance of the financial factor.

·      Distrust due to lack of experience or perseverance.

So, if you want to negotiate with an investor you need to:

·      Identify possible investors: you need to search for an investor and know about him if you want to make a deal with him so it will be easier if you know him.

·      Prioritize them: make them feel special and give him attention.

And also, you need to know about an investor:

·      In what does he or she invest?

·      How does he participate in his investment?

·      Hobbies: what he likes to do in his free time.

·      Family: know about his family and how is he.

·      Sports: know what sports he likes so you can relate that with you and find something in common.

·      Mutual friends: also, you can find something related to him with the friends.

And also, with need to expect from him and what are we willing to offer>

·      Amount

·      Participation

·      Time of return

So, in a negotiation you need to:

·      Look for a meeting face to face if possible.

·      Initiation with a little rapport.

·      Present an anchor idea of what he can win in a certain topic.

·      Take materials of the project, so you can get deeper in financial stuff.

·      Release your specific proposal, what you expect about that and what are you going to give in exchange.

·      Make a collaborative reunion.

·      Look for any reaction to see how he is taking the situation.
