Management is the coordination and organization of the activities of a business in order to achieve defined goals, but in management there are also some aspects that we need to consider achieving our goals like:
Time: To achieve your goals you need to have your time managed in a certain way that gives you time to be able to coordinate all the activities of your company and that gives them time to complete their goals.
Money: To achieve your goals you need to spend money on your business so you will earn more money investing in your company.
Human resources: You need to treat your employees with respect because you also need to know that they are also humans and you need to treat them with respect.
Debts: You should avoid debts to your employees and other people since you should know that since you need that money, they still need it to live so you should have the least debts possible.
Investment: You must invest a large part of your money in the business since the moment you do that the company continues to grow and thus you continue to generate more money and thus create a first-rate company.
Rival: You must know that in the corporate world there are rivals and you must know how to deal with them to have your company controlled.
A business can have these areas or departments: Sales, marketing, production, finance, accounting.
But also the competencies are the base of the administration so the people that are in charge of employees must be able to generate soft and hard skills for their workers and themselves.
