Leadership
A Leadership is motivation, for others, it equals results and it can also represent inspiration, a leader knows how to motivate better than anyone else and it is one of their main functions. There are three notable styles of leadership. (Kurt Lewin)
Autocratic: is characterized by the individual control of the leader over all decisions and a small contribution of the group members. Also, they usually make decisions based on their ideas and judgements. In small groups with lack of leadership and on situations where you are under a lot of pressure could be useful.
Democratic: encourages the community participation, letting employees decide more about their functions and how the company works. Personnel can express their opinions and aren’t limited to receive orders. Two important aspects in democratic leadership are: communication and empowerment. Empowerment is the process were people strengthen their abilities and confidence, and these qualities could be gained when the personnel receive the opportunity to solve problems of the organization.
Laissez – Faire (“let it happen, let it be”): is a French expression that means “let it happen, let it be”. This means total omission of the manager in give orders, letting others take actions. This usually happens when the strategic directors don’t have a deeper understanding of the business (might be new).
You need to be excellent communicating a vision to your employees, and also you need to be generous with the people because at the end they could work for you but they have feelings so you need to transmit positivity to them so they will follow you happy to work for you.
