Marketing as a lot of things but the most important is that marketing can be defined as the management of lasting relationships with the clients, also is the process where companies create value for the customers and establish strong relationships with them, obtaining the values of the customers, Philip Kotler is considered as the father of marketing.
But Marketing has a process to follow:
1. Understanding the market needs and wishes.
2. Develop the marketing strategy.
3. Elaborate a value proposition.
4. Create profitable and lasting relationships.
5. Create profits due to quality perceived for the customers.
But also in marketing there is something called Marketing Myopia this is a mistake that happens as corporations pay more attention to the company 's goods than to the advantages and interactions created by these goods.
The purpose of a product is to satisfy the client so you as an entrepreneur you need to show to the client how the product will satisfy him and help him with his life actions.
The market It is the list of both actual and prospective consumers of a commodity. Such customers share a particular need or desire that can be satisfied by exchange relationships
Also marketing includes need, wish and demand:
Ø Need: State of lack of the human being.
Ø Wish: Adaption of the human needs due to the culture and personality of each client.
Ø Demand: It is when wish also has the possibility of buying an specific product.
And the Maslow´s pyramid it is also in the marketing section:
· Self actualization: desire to become the most that one can be.
· Esteem: respect, self-esteem, status, recognition, strength, freedom.
· Love and belonging: friendship, intimacy, family, sense of connection.
· Safety needs: personal security, employment, resources, health, property.
· Physiological needs: air, water, food shelter, sleep, clothing, reproduction.
